Beloved Delivery & Returns Policy


Our policy is to deliver your items the very next day for normal delivery of grocery items. Last delivery for “Next Day Delivery” items will be cut off at 5pm. We are working on “Same Day Delivery” at an extra charge and will inform our customers when this function is ready. You will get a text message notification when your order is out for delivery. You can track your order with the delivery party via the link that will be sent. If you are not available for the first delivery attempt, the shipper will try twice more to attempt delivery and shall that fail, the items will be returned to the Beloved warehouse, and you will be refunded the amount however a AED20 delivery fee will be imposed.

If you are a B2B customer, your order will be ready for collection within 48 hours and you will be notified accordingly when it is ready and if there is a delay out of control.

Beloved Return Policy

Please note that the return policy can vary with respect to the nature and category of that product. Please always take photographs of the items you have received before they are handed over to you in case of any discrepancies.

I you are in receipt of damaged/defective products, or incorrect products not matching the original order, please contact so that we can support and assist you. Should you wish to return an item we will collect the item and a refund will be processed through same mode within the 5 working days. If you find items that are damaged after our delivery associate has left, then you are requested to get in touch with our support team within an hour from delivery; the relevant contact numbers can be found in the “Contact Us” section. Please to ensure that the products are unused and in a perfect re-sellable condition, returned in its original packing with all the accessories. The returned good/s would be subject to verification by the vendor’s team to ensure the legitimacy of

the complaint. The below mentioned conditions must be met to ensure successful replacement of the damaged/defective item.

We should be notified within 24 hours of the receipt of any damaged goods, otherwise we will not be held liable for non-replacement of the order. If all the above conditions are met and the complaint is legitimate, the original price along with the delivery charges will be refunded to you.
